The best Catalan literature anecdotes with amemsillegim

Literature.  BARCELONA, 06/05/2021

The Amemsillegim team has recorded a podcast a special programme going over the best Catalan literature anecdotes (of the ones they’ve found).

Around a dozen moments feature – both funny and not – to do with Mercè Rodoreda, Maria-Mercè Marçal, Guillem d'Efak, Antònia Vicens, Josep Pla, Montserrat Roig, Àngel Guimerà, Jaume Miravitlles, Pere Calders and Avel·lí Artís Gener.

Amemsillegim is a project which creates memes and GIFs based on classic quotes from Catalan literature, and posts them on their website, Twitter and Instagram.

To share these anecdotes, they have had the support of the Institut Ramon Llull with the collaboration of Maria Rovira (Oye Sherman), who features on L’Estat de Gracia (Catalunya Ràdio) and L’irradiador (iCat), is one half of the podcasting duo on Oye Polo and creates monologues with El Soterrani.
